How do I get to MIHIRA HOME?
The easiest way is by taxi or private transfer from Colombo (CMB). We can help arrange airport pickups, just let us know. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can also travel by train or bus along the southern coast, then take a short taxi ride to the villa.

Do I need a visa to visit Sri Lanka?
Yes, you do need a visa to visit Sri Lanka. Most travelers need an ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization), which can be applied for online before arrival. Check the official Sri Lanka government website for the most updated requirements for your nationality.

What is the best time to visit?
The southern coast, where MIHIRA HOME is located, is at its driest and sunniest from November to April, while the east coast shines from May to September making Sri Lanka an all-year round destination.

You can book directly through our website by selecting your dates and filling out the booking form. Dates are tentatively added to our calendar but are reserved only once the deposit is received. We accept bank transfer or cash upon arrival (EUR, USD, or LKR).

Is the villa private?
Yes. MIHIRA HOME is fully private for guests. You’ll have the entire villa, garden, and terraces to yourselves.

For your stay in Sri Lanka, we recommend packing the following:
